Article 4 : Protection of Personal Data
4.1 In accordance with Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, the Site Owner implements a personal data processing aimed at the sale and digital delivery of products and services defined during the contract (see T&C / TOS article 7 and 8).
4.2 Under Article 6 of the GDPR, which concerns the lawful processing of personal data, the processing of data from Users/Clients of the Site aims to achieve a set of outcomes, namely:
- Delivery of a service or product within the framework of a purchase contract by the User/Client
- Handling of complaints and/or withdrawal by a User/Client within the framework of a purchase contract for a service or product

- Sending of email through the mailing system
- Management of accounting and taxation
- Maintenance of a database (archiving) relating to the exercise of the rights of the Site Owner
4.3 These outcomes are based on the legal basis of User purchase contracts (related to the Site Owner’s sales contracts), the necessity to facilitate complaint procedures (or withdrawal of a purchase contract), the explicit consent of users to subscribe to the site’s mailing system (electronic messages), and obligatory fiscal and accounting operations.
4.4 Personal data is primarily intended for the Site Owner. However, other third-party services are also involved, notably for technical or fiscal reasons, namely:
- The hosting provider of the Site
- The mailing system provider
- The payment banking system provider and digital money transfer platforms
